Do not forget to visit Lake Sevan, much-vaunted place for its pure waters and of course the salmon trout that can be thoroughly enjoyed. This lake is 70 km and the largest in Caucasus.

The Armenian cooking is largely based on grilled lamb with flat bread or Bozbash, which is a soup that comes in unlimited variations. If you want to taste the local food you should ask for spread of the hors d’oeuvres, picked vegetables and variations of cured meat that is Basturma.
