Historical

Lucknow is full of rich history and culture and you can find plenty of monuments which are admirable and excellent condition. They are the finest example of Mughal architecture. The Bara Imambara is a great structure that was built in 1784, and they say that the whole structure does not have any pillars. The Lucknow residency is also a fabulous structure built in 1857 and is remembered for its siege where the British took shelter for almost 140 days. 2. The Chhatar Manxil – was constructed in 1781 near the bank of Gomti River. It is an excellent piece of architecture which is commendable.
3. Kukrail picnic spot – it is a real forest picnic spot here near the Khurram Nagar. You can easily spend the day here as it is the rehabilitation center of the crocodile. Besides, there are several other animal species and provides a serene spot to spend a day with the family. Here you can also indulge in boating which is quite fun.
