One can watch and witness two million tulips spread over 20 acres of the Kashmiri valley at 5600 feet elevation, in the largest Tulip Garden of Asia, popularly known as the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden. Spreading all over the base of the lofty Zabarwan Mountain Range, and overseeing the stunning and the glorious Dal Lake in Srinagar, the tulip garden is one of a fascinating tourist hotspots of Kashmir. It is only open for three weeks in March from 9 Am to 7 Pm – due to the seasonality of the flower, and the sight is awesome and mesmerising.
